King Klinker is made to fit the molds
King Klinker builds its thin brick to fit Advanced formliner molds, and the plant keeps a set of Advanced liners on the floor to check the fit of production before it ships.

Eight United States patents
Shane Calmes is the sole named inventor on every one, covering the joint between liners, the coursing across a bed, how the brick is set, and the seal that keeps concrete off the brick face.

The PCI position is stated on every color
Each color says whether the maker meets PCI tolerances and standards, or whether the unit falls outside them. You are not left to find that out at the mockup.
