Thin brick flat 2-1/4 in. high by 7-5/8 in. long, 1/2 in. thick.
Thin brick corner Same face, with the return length not published. Ask a rep for the return.
Precast and tilt-up modular 2-1/4 by 7-5/8 in. face, at 6.849 pieces per square foot.
Precast modular corner 2-1/4 in. high by 7-5/8 in. long with a 3-5/8 in. return, at 4.57 pieces per linear foot.

PCI and test data.

General Shale brick is outside PCI tolerances. General Shale issues a PCI letter of variance for all of its brick. Ask your rep for the letter with the submittal.

Based Johnson City, Tennessee. Precast and tilt-up units from the Denver plant.
Type TBX, TBS or TBA under ASTM C1088 as applicable, per data sheet 04 71 13. The precast bulletin states the precast units meet TBX, with an exception for chips on tumbled products.
Dimensional tolerance Reported as exceeding the C1088 TBX limits.
Freeze thaw ASTM C666, 300 cycles with no deterioration.
Pull out ASTM E488, 210 to 274 psi before freeze thaw and 169 to 193 psi after.
Modulus of rupture 1,316 psi.
Chemical resistance ASTM C650, rated not affected.
Efflorescence ASTM C67, rated not effloresced.
Cold water absorption 6% or less. General Shale holds the per-color list.
Weight Under 15 psf.
Packaging A box of flats covers 7 sq ft. A box of corners covers 5 linear ft, roughly 3.75 sq ft, at a 3/8 in. joint. Pieces per box are not published.
