What we collect

When you use a form on this site, such as a sample request, the sample box, a product inquiry, a lunch and learn booking, or the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, company, email, phone, address, and your message. Forms are processed by Netlify, the service that hosts this site, and delivered to our team.

What we do with it

We use your submission to respond, ship samples, quote lead times, and follow up through your regional rep. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers, and we add you to no list you did not ask for.

The specification builder

The specification builder emails the Word file to the address you give, through Resend, a mail service, and copies your regional reps so they can read it through with you. To tailor a few paragraphs to the job, your project answers are sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude writing model. Your name, firm, email address and phone number are left out of that step. The form runs a Cloudflare check before it sends, and our other forms run a Google reCAPTCHA check, to keep automated spam out.

Cookies and tracking

This site runs no advertising trackers. On advancedformliners.com we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages, tools and documents are used. In the United States and most other countries it sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from the next. For visitors in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway it runs without those cookies. Nothing from it is tied to a form submission, and nothing you type into a form is sent to it. You can block it with your browser's settings or Google's opt-out add-on and the site works the same.

The sample box stores your selected patterns in your own browser, on your device, so your box is still there when you come back. That information never leaves your browser until you choose to submit it.

Other services this site uses

Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions. Google reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile check that a form is sent by a person. The company video on the About page is served by YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, and the player loads only when you press play. Until then the page shows a still frame from YouTube. Each of these services sees your internet address when your browser reaches it.
