Formliners for building facades
Thin brick formliners and pattern formliners for precast and tilt-up facades.
Patterns and systems.
Solocast and Flex2Fit for thin brick. Seamless pattern liners for stone, wood, fluted and geometric faces.
Notes for the crew.
- Seamless liners with starter and ender sheets keep a large elevation continuous.
- Thin brick is set flat in the plant or on the tilt-up slab.
- Depth, draft and reveal placement are coordinated so the panel strips clean.
Common questions.
- Can a precast or tilt-up facade look like real brick?
- Yes. The thin brick is real fired brick cast into the panel face, so the finished facade reads as brick masonry. The brick installs in the plant or flat on the tilt-up slab.
- How do you keep a large facade from showing liner seams?
- With a seamless system. On a big elevation, ordinary liner sheets show a seam where they meet. Our seamless liners are built so that joint disappears in the concrete, and starter and ender sheets close out the ends of each run.
- Can you cast a custom facade texture?
- Yes. Bring us the design and we build the liner to cast it. That is what the custom capability is for, whether the architect wants a pattern that does not exist yet or needs to match an existing building.
