Lead times, shipping, and ordering

How an order moves from pattern to delivery, and how to order through your rep.

Numbers are confirmed per job

Lead times and shipping depend on the job. Your rep confirms the numbers for your project before you plan around them. To start, send the job through the quote form.

How an order flows

  1. Pattern. Pick a stock pattern that is already tooled, or work up a custom profile. A sample in hand early helps.
  2. Sizes to your bed. Your rep confirms the dimensions of the liner sheets, starters, and enders so they fit the way you pour, with no trimming on the plant floor.
  3. Production. Stock patterns are ready to run. Custom profiles are tooled first.
  4. Shipping. The liners are packed and shipped to your plant. Your location and order size both factor in.

Custom profiles take longer than stock

A stock pattern is already drawn and tooled, so an order goes straight to production. A custom profile is drawn, approved by you, and tooled before the first liner is made. That front-end work adds time, so start custom work early and tell your rep about a tight construction schedule up front.

Samples

Samples ship at no cost, with no form to fill out. Call your rep and name the pattern you want to see. A sample in hand makes it easier to settle the texture with your customer or architect before production.

How to order

Your rep takes the job from pattern to delivery and confirms the pattern, the sizes to your bed, the quantity, and the shipping.

Common questions

Why can't you just quote me a lead time online?
Because the honest number depends on your job. A stock pattern, a custom profile, the size of your order, and where it ships all move the date. Your rep confirms the real range for your project so you plan on a number that holds.
Do samples cost anything?
No. Samples ship fast at no cost, and there is no form to fill out. Call your rep or reach out and tell us the pattern you want to see. Getting a sample in hand early helps you and your customer settle on a texture before anything goes into production.
Why does a custom profile take longer than a stock pattern?
A stock pattern is already tooled and ready to produce. A custom profile has to be drawn, approved, and tooled before the first liner is made. That extra front-end work adds time, so start custom conversations early and let your rep set the schedule.
